Meet Beverly
Beverly A. Rogers is president at Organizing to be Effective, the organizational consulting firm she founded in 1992.
Ms. Rogers is an organizational consultant, trainer and speaker with 20 + years of proven wisdom and expertise in the area of organizational effectiveness.
Beverly has developed and presented training and presentations to a diversity of individuals and companies including staff at Lear Corporation, staff and faculty at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, chemist at DuPont Corp., upper-level management at Salomon Smith Barney Inc. on Wall Street in New York City and at Whole Cities Foundation- Nutrition & Culinary Education Center in Mid-town Detroit, MI
Her career includes corporate automotive positions, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Organizational Development, Adjunct faculty position at Macomb Community College and a diverse clientele of business and individual professionals.
