This 4-part series is designed to educate students on the benefits of incorporating whole, plant-based foods into their diets, while also emphasizing the importance of eating locally and seasonally. Beverly's expertise in nutrition and healthy living is rooted in her certification through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition at ECornell, where she completed the Whole-Food, Plant-Based Nutrition program. She is also certified through the Whole Cities Foundation as a Community Educator, demonstrating her commitment to making healthy living accessible to all. As the founder of Organize Eating Co., Beverly created a website/blog that serves as a valuable resource for those looking to improve their overall health and wellness. Her passion for helping others achieve their goals is evident in all aspects of her work, and she continues to inspire and educate individuals and organizations alike with her innovative approach to healthy living.
